Zdenek Ustohal won three times The Czech Republic Youth Championship and twice he was the winner of the overall ranking of the Czech Youth Cup. This year, he also began his season in the European Youth Cup, where he got to the finals in Vienna. His hardest rock climbs were up to now 7c on-sight and 3 x 8a PP.

Zdenek Ustohal tried to climb for the first time at Sportlife fair, when he was 10 and The World Cup took place there. Now he trains 4 - 5 times a week. On weekends, he climbs on the rocks - mostly in the Moravian Karst, which is close to his place. His motivation for next year is The European Cup of course, another 8b on the rocks, and he hopes for his first 8c.

Keep it up and we will keep our fingers crossed.
