Tomas Mrazek has completed his hard project "Xaxid Hostel" 9a+
Tomas Mrazek is after injury back in great shape. He has just climbed his hard project "Xaxid Hostel" 9a+ in Osp. The 45 meter long route leads in the midle of Misja Pec, next to the route JSFK 7c+. Tomáš has tried it occasionally for last four years. He sent it on his twentieth attempts.News

The route has two pitches. The first part is 20 meters long and the difficulty goes to 9a or 8c+/9a minimally. The crux has six moves with small gripes and bad footholds. Tomas grades the boulder 8B. Then comes part (25 meters long) common with Ekstaza, 8c+/9a climbed by Matej Sova. Tomas grades this endurance climbing on small crimps, sideholds and undeclings like an easier 8c+. So 9a with 8c+ without no hand rest in the middle is 9a+. Tomas is waiting for other climbers to confirm the grade. He is happy to be back in the game!
